The quality of our products is ensured by personally managing every project for the client. Our initial step is ensuring that we select among our artists the perfect match for your specific needs/requests. Our products go through a 2-step quality control process: 1.) At the point of creation, DaVinci Designs initially checks the project. 2.) Prior to shipment, customers can review their orders via email or in person.
Even when most companies do not allow returns on personalized products, we have designed a policy to back up our “satisfaction guaranteed” motto:
1) For artworks based on photos, customers will be able to review a digital photo via email and request modifications if needed. We would only ship the artwork to you when you are completely satisfied.
